The Board of Directors consists of four members who are elected by the
townpeople, with a fifth member appointed by the State. All terms are
five years. The Chair is voted by the Board.
Services:
Administers Pepperell's low and moderate income housing units. Currently, Pepperell has 70 units, of which 57 are one-bedroom apartments for senior or disabled citizens. Four of those 57 units are barrier free. 6 of the remaining units are bedrooms within congregate apartment housing for mentally challenged elderly or disabled citizens and these units are staffed 24 hours/day. The 7 remaining units are for families. Six are two bedroom apartments and one is a barrier-free 3-bedroom unit.

The Pepperell Housing Authority is accepting applications for their 667 Elderly Housing Program.
Requests for an application or information will be received by the Pepperell Housing Authority by phone, mail or in person between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. Monday through Friday at Babbitassit Village office. |
