NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF PEPPERELL
In accordance with the provisions of MGL, Ch. 40A, Sec. 5, the Pepperell Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 7:15 p.m. at Town Hall, 1 Main St., Pepperell, MA, to review a proposed amendment to the Zoning Bylaw: To see if the Town will vote to delete in its entirety Section 7100. Open Space Residential Development and replace with a new Section 7100. Open Space Residential Development, or take any other action thereon. A copy of the complete proposed text is available at www.town.pepperell.ma.us/planning or at the office of the Town Clerk or the Planning Board during regular business hours. If special services, assistance, or accommodations are required to participate in the meeting, please contact the Planning Board.
