Classification of Taxable Real Property

The Pepperell Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on the Classification of Taxable Real Property and the percentage of the local Property Tax Levy to be borne by each such class during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 7:15 p.m. at the Pepperell Town Hall, Conference Room A, One Main Street, Pepperell, MA 01463.  A comprehensive informational package regarding the Classification of Taxable Real Property is available upon request at the Selectmen’s Office at the Town Hall during normal business hours.  Written and oral comments on this matter are welcome and may be submitted or made either prior to or at the Public Hearing.

The Pepperell Board of Selectmen hereby gives notice of a public hearing on the application the Lexvest Group, on behalf of it’s tenant, Operation Delta Dog, to provide a Commercial Kennel and Training Facility in the Commercial or Industrial District on property owned by Lexvest Chapel LLC, and located at 20 Mill Street (identified on Assessors’ tax map 23, Parcel 104-0, which includes parcels Map 23, 97-0, 98-0, 101-0, 108-0, 109-0, 107-0, and 118-0) and further described by Deed recorded at the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 66573, Page 505.  The public hearing will be held, pursuant to Order for Remand from the Land Court, on Monday, September 11, 2017, at 8:00 PM at Pepperell Town Hall.  All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and provide oral and/or written comments to the Board of Selectmen on or before September 11, 2017.  The application may be reviewed at the Selectmen’s Office Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

General Law, Chapter 138, §15, notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Pepperell will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 8:30 PM in Town Hall regarding the application for a Petition for Transfer of Ownership of the All Alcohol Package Store License from Pepperell Package Store Inc., d/b/a Ray’s package Store to Meldi Corporation, d/b/a Ray’s Package Store, Shilpa P.
